Essential Photographic Services

The following essential photographic services are included for every special occasion.

• Service Coordinator for all event components

• Complementary pre-event consultation with the Service Coordinator

• Equipment assembly/disassembly/setup/prep/tune-up

• Total shooting time on the Event day

• Unlimited number of pictures taken

• Editing of ALL digital images

• Conversion of digital images from RAW to JPEG format

• Electronic delivery of processed images (via Drop Box or We Transfer tool)

All photo images will be taken in RAW format (the highest resolution mode) to achieve maximum quality.

Optional Add-on Photographic Services

Any of the following optional services are available for your special event.

Wedding Art Book – Your Wedding Album is available in a variety of sizes, number of pages and images.

• In-depth editing of images selected for the Wedding Album.

• Custom Album Design – A Wide Variety of Design Styles Available

• Personalized Inscription (on the cover)

• Digital Laser Album with Multi-Layered Printing and Binding

• Sleeve or Stand Box Holder (for album storage)

• Parent Album Available Upon Request

Engagement Photo Session – 2 hours shooting time; 1-2 locations. Can be combined with Engagement Video Session.

Slideshow Presentation – Up to 25 edit-ready pictures with voice-over, title and music of your choice.     

Big Screen Presentation – A slideshow with up to 25 edit-ready pictures with voice-over, title and music of your choice (available to present at the wedding reception).

Second Cameraman – My long-time associate offers over 20 years of experience in wedding and special event photography.

Next-day Delivery – 20 edited, ready-to-use pictures available within 24 hours of your event.

Portraits on Canvas – Various sizes, starting with 11x14. Clients should select their own frames.

Final Product – Recording of photo product on USB drive or CD with label and picture.

Technical Equipment (Photo)

Cameras – All cameras are high-end, new-generation professional Digital SLR full-frame cameras (36 x 24 mm CMOS sensor) that deliver superior image quality and that enable nearly unlimited photographic possibilities.

Lenses/Filters – An array of lenses from Fisheye to Super-zoom are available to cover all possible scenarios. A broad array of filters are also available to achieve special effects.

Flash-lighting System – We use FP FlashPoint, which is a computerized flash-lighting system.

External Lighting System (for dark interiors) – Includes remote controls and Wi-Fi signal transmitters.

Video

Essential Video Services

The following essential video services are included for every special occasion.

• Shooting in HD video format

All video is shot in HDTV format to achieve maximum quality and recorded on Blu-ray discs.

Optional Add-on Video Services

Any of the following optional services are available for your special event.

Wedding Movie (Documentary) – Up to 1.5 hours, including the following features:

• Timeline set up in raw video footage for selection purposes.

• Advanced video editing with numerous features and special effects

• Picture-in-picture display

• Music of your choice

• Multi-layering montage

• Synchronized audio dubbing, sound mixing and syncing with content

Engagement Video Session – 2 hours shooting time; 1-2 locations. Can be combined with Engagement Photo Session.

Wedding Highlights – Up to 20 minutes of highlights of your wedding day.

Wedding Highlights Clip – Up to 3 minutes of your wedding day to place on FaceBook or any other social media)

Big Screen Presentation – A slideshow with up to 25 edit-ready pictures with voice-over, title and music of your choice (available to present at the wedding reception).

Second Cameraman – My video associate offers over 20 years of experience in wedding and special event videography.

Guest Interviews Recording – complementary when ordering full-length documentary/movie

Final Product – Recording of video product on DVD or Blu-ray disk with label and picture.

Lighting Systems – Professional lighting and wireless microphones with all necessary accessories.

Audio/Visual Processing – In-house, high-end professional equipment for processing/montage, including a sound mixing system and a library of special effects.
